Although we test CatSpy very carefully and deeply, we have to expect some kind of programming errors in it. We depend on your feedback if you find any error or improvement.

For us, it is impossible to test every hardware and software configuration, so it would be nice if you could tell us your working scenarios.

To improve the quality in a quick way, we need some information for a bug report:

• Operating System inclusive version (service packs).
• Used hardware constellation (memory, CPU, camera type).
• A detailed description what you have done before you encountered the error.
• A detailed description of the error.

When aborting, CatSpy writes an error report (CatSpy.RPT) to the installation directory. This report contains important information, so it would be great if you could include this report.

Please add also the system information provided by CatSpy. To do this, select Help->System Information in CatSpy and paste the information now contained in the clipboard to the email you write.
